Ticket Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Options
E-Ticket (Standard)
- Delivered instantly to your email after booking confirmation
- Print at home or show on mobile device
- No delivery cost
- Available for all booking types
Collect at Museum
- Present your booking confirmation at the ticket desk
- Bring valid photo ID matching the booking name
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour
2. E-Ticket Information
Your e-ticket will contain:
- Booking reference number
- Tour date and time
- Number of tickets
- QR code for entry
- Important visitor information
3. Delivery Time
- E-Tickets: Sent immediately upon successful payment
- Confirmation email: Within 5 minutes of booking
- If you don't receive your ticket, check spam/junk folder
4. Ticket Not Received?
If you haven't received your e-ticket:
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Verify the email address used for booking
- Contact us for resend: sales@kilmainhamgaolmuseum.info
5. Lost Tickets
- Contact us with your booking reference
- We can resend your e-ticket
- Bring photo ID to the museum as backup
6. Group Bookings
For groups of 10 or more:
- One confirmation email sent to the group organizer
- Group leader should bring printed confirmation
- All group members should arrive together
