Refund and Return Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

Before your visit:

  • More than 48 hours before tour time: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before tour time: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before tour time: No refund

No-shows:

  • No refunds for missed tours without prior cancellation

2. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (maintenance, weather, etc.), you will receive:

  • Full refund to original payment method, OR
  • Free rebooking for an alternative date

3. Changes to Bookings

You may change your booking date/time subject to availability:

  • More than 48 hours before: Free change
  • Less than 48 hours before: Subject to availability and may incur fees

4. Late Arrivals

Tours depart at scheduled times. If you arrive late:

  • You may not be able to join your scheduled tour
  • Alternative tour times subject to availability
  • No refunds for late arrivals

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour time.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Booking reference number
  • Name used for booking
  • Reason for cancellation

6. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days

7. Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside standard policy for:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Bereavement
  • Travel disruptions beyond your control
